The Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service enables patients to call a dedicated number to speak to an experienced call handler when needing to reorder a repeat prescription.

Lines are open 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note Mondays are the busiest day for ordering prescriptions please bear with us.
